Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial

All new users receive a 30-day free trial with full access. No payment required. Use the trial to evaluate all features before subscribing.

2. No Refund Policy

All subscription payments to PaddyAce are non-refundable.

Once a payment is processed for a monthly or annual subscription, we do not provide refunds, partial refunds, pro-rated refunds, or credits — regardless of unused time, change of mind, plan switches, dissatisfaction, or non-usage.

The 30-day free trial gives you ample opportunity to evaluate PaddyAce before committing.

3. Cancellation

Cancel anytime via Settings → Subscription or by emailing support@paddyace.com.

• Subscription will not auto-renew at the end of the current cycle.
• Full access continues until the end of the paid period.
• No refund for unused time.
• Data retained for 3 years after expiry per our Privacy Policy.

4. Non-Renewal

• Access limited/suspended after paid period ends.
• You can log in to export data via Backup for a reasonable period.
• Data retained for 3 years, then permanently deleted.
• Resubscribe anytime during retention to restore your data.

5. Failed Payments

We will notify you of failed renewals and provide a grace period. Unresolved failures may suspend your account. Reactivate by completing payment.

6. Service Discontinuation

If we discontinue PaddyAce, we will provide at least 60 days notice and allow data export. Annual subscribers with 3+ months remaining may receive pro-rated refunds at our discretion — this is the only refund scenario.

7. Disputed Charges

For billing errors (duplicates, incorrect amounts), contact support@paddyace.com within 7 days with your transaction ID. We will investigate within 14 business days and correct verified errors within 5–10 business days.

8. Coupons and Discounts

Subject to specific terms and expiry. Cannot be claimed retroactively. No-refund policy applies to discounted amounts.

9. Lifetime Subscriptions

Non-refundable and non-transferable. Valid for as long as PaddyAce operates.

10. Add-on Users

Billed pro-rata for remaining cycle. Same no-refund policy. Removing an add-on does not entitle you to a refund — reassign the licence instead.

11. Tax (GST)

All prices are inclusive of applicable GST. GST-compliant invoices are issued for each payment.
