Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Nature of Service

PaddyAce is a fully digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product. No physical goods are sold, shipped, or delivered.

The Service consists of access to the PaddyAce web application, a Progressive Web App (PWA), cloud-based data storage, and digital reports/exports (Excel, JSON, CSV, PDF, XML).

2. Service Activation

Free Trial

Activated immediately upon account creation and phone verification.

Paid Subscriptions

Activated automatically and instantly upon successful Razorpay payment. Confirmation email sent with subscription details and GST invoice.

Add-ons and Plan Changes

User licences and upgrades activate immediately. Downgrades take effect at next billing cycle.

3. Access Requirements

  • A device with a modern web browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox)
  • Internet connectivity for login and real-time sync
  • A valid mobile number for OTP verification

PaddyAce supports offline-first usage after initial login — core features work without internet, and changes sync when connectivity is restored.

4. Geographic Availability

Currently designed for rice mill businesses in India. Features, compliance reports, and pricing are tailored for Indian regulatory requirements.

5. Digital Downloads

Available exports include: mill data backups (Excel/JSON), GST reports (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), P&L statements, sales and purchase registers, e-invoice and e-way bill JSON, Tally XML, invoices/challans/statements (PDF), and CSV exports across all modules. All delivered instantly through your browser.

6. Service Interruptions

Occasional unavailability may occur due to maintenance, infrastructure issues, or force majeure. Such interruptions do not constitute delivery failure and are not grounds for refund.

7. No Physical Shipping

We do not ship any physical product. There are no shipping charges, courier fees, delivery fees, tracking numbers, or physical address requirements for delivery. All payment is for digital service access only.
