Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PaddyAce, a Software-as-a-Service platform operated by T.M Enterprises at paddyace.com.

By signing up for or using PaddyAce, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About the Service

PaddyAce is a SaaS platform that helps Indian rice mill owners and operators manage procurement, government CMR/OSCSC workflows, milling, stock, sales, expenses, parties, banking, employees, labour, GST reports, and more. Delivered via web browser and PWA.

1.1 Beta Program

PaddyAce is currently in beta. By using PaddyAce during the beta period, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The Service is provided "as is" without any guarantees of uptime, stability, or completeness.
  • Features may be added, modified, or removed at any time without prior notice.
  • In rare circumstances, data may need to be reset or migrated. We will notify you in advance if this is necessary.
  • Beta access may be granted or revoked at the sole discretion of T.M Enterprises.
  • Trial periods, pricing, and plan limits during beta are subject to change and may differ from post-launch pricing.
  • We welcome your feedback and bug reports to improve the Service — you may be contacted for the same.

2. Eligibility

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indian law
  • Provide accurate information during registration
  • Use the Service only for lawful business purposes

3. Account Registration and Security

  • Valid mobile number and/or email required. Phone verification (OTP) required for owner accounts.
  • You are responsible for your login credentials and account activity.
  • One account per business entity. Multiple mills under one account (subject to plan limits).
  • Staff accounts with granular permissions can be added up to plan limits.

4. Subscription Plans and Pricing

4.1 Free Trial

New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full access. No payment required. Data created during trial remains if you upgrade.

4.2 Paid Plans

Current tiers (all prices inclusive of GST):

  • PRO: ₹1,499/month or ₹14,999/year — 1 mill, 3 users
  • PRO+: ₹3,499/month or ₹34,999/year — 3 mills, 10 users
  • Add-on user: ₹99/month or ₹999/year per additional user (up to 50 extra)

A Lifetime plan may be offered at our discretion.

4.3 Pricing Changes

We may revise pricing at any time. Existing subscribers get 30 days notice before changes apply at next renewal.

4.4 Billing and Payment

All payments via Razorpay. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. We do not store card/bank details. Failed payments may suspend access.

4.5 Coupons

Subject to specific terms, expiry dates, and cannot be combined unless stated.

5. Refunds and Cancellation

No refunds once payment is processed. Cancel anytime — access continues until end of paid period. See our Refund Policy.

6. Permitted Use

Use PaddyAce only for legitimate rice mill or allied agricultural business operations. Do not use for unlawful purposes, fake transactions, reverse engineering, reselling, or bypassing security measures.

7. Your Data and Ownership

  • You own your data. All operational data remains your property.
  • You grant us a limited licence to host and process your data solely for providing the Service.
  • Export your full data anytime via the Backup feature.
  • You are responsible for data accuracy. PaddyAce does not replace professional accounting or legal advice.

8. GST, Tax, and Compliance Disclaimers

Reports (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, e-invoice JSON, etc.) are based on data you enter and are aids, not professional certification. You are responsible for verifying accuracy. We are not liable for penalties from incorrect filings.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Temporary unavailability may occur due to maintenance, infrastructure issues, or force majeure.

10. Intellectual Property

PaddyAce software, design, and branding are the intellectual property of T.M Enterprises. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence for the duration of your subscription.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend accounts for Terms violations, failed payments, security risks, or legal requirements. Upon termination, data is retained per our retention policy (3 years).

12. Limitation of Liability

PaddyAce is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify T.M Enterprises from claims arising from your use or misuse of the Service, Terms violations, or inaccurate data.

14. Modifications

We may modify features and update these Terms. Material changes communicated via email or in-app notice.

15. Governing Law

Governed by Indian law. Disputes resolved through negotiation first, then courts in Malkangiri, Odisha.
